-Individual Therapy
“Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times, if one only remembers to turn on the light” -Albus Dumbledore
Has trauma interrupted your ability to function daily? Created other problems like depression, or anxiety that has impacted your life?
If the answer is yes, individual counseling is the solution.
In individual counseling, we will explore your emotions, beliefs and work through traumatic memories to help you identify faulty thoughts and behaviors. We will walk on that journey with you to produce desired change, reconnection with yourself and others, and set and achieve personal goals.
My goal is to take this journey together and serve as your village as you reach your optimal wellness and become the best version of YOU.
-Family Therapy
“A journey of a thousand miles must begin with a single step” -Lao Tzu
Does your family seem to be dysfunctional? Are you all recovering from unspoken trauma? Are you all ready to heal and restore your family bond?
If the answer is yes to these questions, Collective Psychotherapy is ready to be that village for you and your family.
In family therapy, we will focus on the system. Each member of the family will learn to effectively communicate your needs and listen to one another. I will assist you and your family in understanding how the system works together and the importance of each individual’s role. Together, we will identify the root problem, establish the vision for change, and work through each situation in a safe environment to facilitate change.
-Couple Therapy
“A successful marriage requires falling in love many times, always with the same person” -Mignon McLaughlin
Has the “honeymoon” phase of your relationship ended? Does it seem like you’re arguing daily over small things? Has your romantic time with your partner lessened? Are you struggling with trust issues? Are you ready to save your relationship?
If the answer to these questions are yes, then couple’s therapy is the answer.
In couples therapy, you and your partner will focus on communicating your truth, exploring your needs, listening to each other, and learning healthy skills to restore your relationship. As time goes on, people change, which causes changes in relationships. That is normal. At Collective Psychotherapy, we will work together to find that flame that you all once had through goal setting and commitment to the process to increase your relationship satisfaction.
