Who does Collective Psychotherapy service?
Here at Collective Psychotherapy, we service stateside and combat veterans, individuals, families, and couples seeking to make a positive change. Asking for help is never easy, especially with the stigma surrounding mental health. We admire your courage in taking steps for a better life. The collective psychotherapy family meets every client where they are and helps each person walk through difficult life obstacles.
How can counseling help me?
Therapy helps you process your presenting concerns in a non-judgmental, genuine, and supportive environment. It can help you accomplish the goals you have been trying to achieve for yourself, but you cannot seem to overcome it. You will learn skills that can help you navigate through your life stressors and trauma and restore your confidence in yourself.
Will I be diagnosed?
It depends. We will diagnose mental health disorders if it is necessary or requested by you. We believe you are so much more than a label. As a therapist, I have personally seen the negative impact that mental health diagnosis can have on a client. Individuals display symptoms differently; therefore, we work with each client’s experience.
What are the fees for your counseling services?
Please set up a free 10-minute consultation with a therapist to discuss fees.
How often and how long are the therapy sessions?
Everyone is different. How often you attend really varies person to person. All sessions will be 60 minutes. In your initial session, we will further discuss this and decide the best approach.
Do you offer virtual therapy services?
Yes, we do offer telehealth counseling. If you are using insurance, we will have to review your current insurance policy on telehealth appointments.
